The Eastbound Strangler hunted women in Atlantic City in 2006 and killed at least four. The bodies were left in the same place in the same manner; arms outstretched and heads pointing East. Each victim was fully clothed except for their feet.   There has been a $25,000 reward offered for tips that lead to the capture of this man. Criminal profiler John Kelly determined that the killer was a local man who is very rigid in his schedule and also likely has a foot fetish as the shoes and socks of all of the victims had been removed. He is also nonsocial and narcissistic. The murders stopped and Kelly inferred that the killer most likely stopped to avoid getting caught or settled down in a relationship. No suspects have been named, arrested, or charged for these crimes.
