In 2015, Bonnie Liltz, who was terminally ill, gave her disabled daughter a lethal dose of medication to kill her because she was afraid of what would happen to her daughter if she died. Bonnie was sentenced to 4 years in prison for the crime, however, committed suicide before going to prison.
